The HR Engineer was founded by Liam Rooke in 2024.

Liam developed the methodology while on a journey in Amazon some years prior in a “playground of ideas, projects and some life-defining mentorship” A healthy mix of HR, Operations and Change management all culminated

The HR Engineer was designed to take all of the time wasted by pushing buttons clicking screens and pushing paper.

Combining all the learnings from process engineering, programme management and on the ground HR.

”It was like lightning struck, suddenly I could see a way to re-define HR Services for the better.”

After leaving Amazon, Liam became a senior HR manager in several businesses to test and challenge the methodolgy before starting The HR Engineer.
